Great staff… they are very attentive and clean environment. I was there for a endoscopy procedure and they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of .
Everything was great once I got in the building. I was the first appointment of the day, and the office door was locked. I tried to get the attention of one of the registration staff. When this person eventually got up to unlocked the door, she slowly walked across the lobby, stopped first to plug in the Christmas tree, slowly came and unlocked the door, never making eye contact with me, never even acknowledged my existence. Not ONE word. All other staff were amazing!
